Withdrawal Policy

TradeLTD is aware of the fact that in order to cultivate a healthy trading relationship, it is crucial to have perfect ease of use when it comes to accessing your funds.

With TradeLTD, withdrawing funds online is safe, secure and quick. If at any time during the process you are not clear about something, please feel free to contact our customer support by phone, email or live chat.

Before applying for a withdrawal request, please make sure that your account is fully verified!
Clients should log into their account to upload their supporting documents.

Required Documents:

    • 1. A copy of an official identification document must be given: Any government issued ID, Driver’s license, passport, etc. It must contain your full name, an up-to-date photo, date of birth, current address and expiry date. All of the edges must be visible.


    • 2. Proof of Address: A bill (Phone/ Bank/ Utility/ Insurance) containing your: full name, current address, date of issue. Please ensure the bill is from within the past 3 months. Any older bills will not be accepted.


    3. If you deposit funds into your account via a credit or debit card, a color copy of the front and back of the card must be provided. The front copy should include your: full name, the first six and last four digits (please cover the middle 6 digits) and the expiry date. The back copy must include: Your signature (please cover the CVV code). Credit card copies without a signature will not be approved. Please note that all the edges of the card must be visible and clear to read.

Credit Card Withdrawal Process:

All funds invested by a credit card can only be withdrawn to the same card. The maximum withdrawal amount to a credit card cannot exceed the actual invested amount. Any additional funds can only be withdrawn via wire transfer. The minimum amount for a credit/debit card withdrawal is 50 account units, unless you have less than this amount in your account balance and it is your last withdrawal. The minimum wire withdrawal amount is 100 account units.

*Please, bear in mind, if your local currency is not supported on TradeLTD and you deposit in another currency, you will be responsible for the conversion fees. TradeLTD is not responsible for any fees that your bank may charge you.

Wire Transfer:

A wire transfer withdrawal can be done for profit purposes only for those accounts which invested using the wire transfer method. We can only wire funds to the client’s bank account. We cannot send funds via wire transfer to any other person’s bank account.
Withdrawal requests are processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, please allow up to 21 business days for the funds to land in your bank account.

Profits: Profits will only be refunded via wire transfer when the amount exceeds $100.

Note: Some banks and credit card companies may take some time to process payments (especially in currencies where a correspondent bank is involved in the transaction). Funds will be returned to the bank account/credit card/other source from which the funds were debited.

Refund Policy

In the eventually of a breach of the company’s terms and conditions, a violation of our AML policy, or fraud on the client’s side, the company has the right to refund the client without notification and restrict access to the client’s trading account.

The client may apply for a refund of his total investment if the services of the Company were not used due to a complete lack of trading activity and/or no log in to the trading account.

Please note that the company does not refund funds lost through trading activity. As with any trading activity, when trading Forex, Commodities, Indices & Stocks, or Cryptocurrency, there is the possibility of a partial or total loss of your invested funds. The Client accepts that he/she is solely responsible for making their own independent appraisal and investigation into the risks of the trading activity conducted.
